[UI/UX] Enhancement on languages being used in a project

  1. Currently, GitLab does not show what's the main language being used in a project/repo in a browsing stage, which is user-friendly for the community to pick a project to contribute.

  1. Would that be better if the tag of the languages being used in a project page was shown automatically.

For example (If the bar is too short, which can be placed with an initial)
