Proposal

As a GCP Customer, I would like to be able to create a GitLab Issue from on an error and/or log trace in GCP and properly link the error/trace to the appropriate GitLab Project(s)/repo(s), so the appropriate engineering teams can be made aware and work to resolving the issue.

For example, a user could generate an issue from this screen. Note: ignore the emphasis in the screenshot.
