Missing badge for issues, merge requests (and releases)

Proposal

We currently only have "pipeline" and "coverage" badges built-in. I think it should not be very difficult to add a badge for nr. of open issues, open merge requests and release badge (with the version) to this list.

I'm not talking only about a badge for releases, but also a badge for issues and merge requests. Which only shows you the number of OPEN issues and OPEN merge requests.
