Problem to solve

The Permissions and roles documentation is rather unclear. In the table it looks like that guest users are able to view & pull project code.

There is a (1) remark which mentions something about self-hosted and refers to GitLab.com visibility settings for the SaaS. This section in its turn only tells us that some items have their internal visibility disabled.

TLDR: The table indicates guest users are able to clone/view the project code, but it appears they can't

Remove the checkmarks for guests being able to pull code or improve the (1) remark details.
