Follow-up from "Clarify reviewer details for code review"

  @aqualls Could you take a look? I still have people assigning things to me directly from time to time, and it delays reviews because I'm checking the Review request for you list much more frequently than the Assigned to you list. I just recently wanted to link to this section again (!74082 (comment 738063601)), but when I re-read it I noticed it uses assign in the sentence: assigning it to a reviewer. 🤦

  At the same time, it actually took me quite a while to find the link to the section. I kept scanning https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/reviews/, before I found it in the getting started page. Perhaps that page could be renamed from # Review a merge request to something like # Merge request reviews, then it can hold the content for both authors looking for how to request a review, and reviewers looking for how to do the review? If not, no worries, I found it eventually 😉
