Exclude user from commit history view

Problem to solve

Customer has automation associated with a GitLab user that pushes frequent commits to most/all of their repositories. Currently, there isn't a filtering option to exclude a user's commits from the commit history view. The existing filter only lets you select a single user to view their commits.
