Webex Integration - allow multiple Hooks

Proposal

Currently the Webex Integration allows to configure only one Webhook per Project.

For my use case it would be great if it would be possible to configure multiple Hooks (like in Settings -> Webhooks).

For example, I want to send different messages to different Webex Team Rooms:

• when a commit happens, I want to send a notification into the Webex "Dev Channel" of my Team (Webex Webhook Nr. 1)
• when a tag is pushed (= new version for staging released), I want to send a notification into the Webex "QA Channel" of my Team (Webex Webhook Nr. 2)
