I'd like ProtoBuf to be a language shown in the Languages Used bar.

Repositories with ProtoBufs in them would have that be shown.

Add ProtoBuf as a language.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Success is making ProtoBuf appear as a language in projects with it, like mine.
