Need ability to have group specific commit email addresses

Problem to solve

As a user and company owner, it would be nice to have the ability to assign a commit email address based on the group associated with a project. The private email address is okay, but it would be nice if I'm doing work using user@companya.com (and using that email for commits) that the the merge request email would match.

User experience goal

The user should be able to edit through the web interface and show no differently than editing and pushing a commit from their local machine.

Proposal

Notification email addresses can be set on a global or group level. This should be the same.
