Searching for MR reviewers difficult
Participants noted it was difficult to find the right reviewer when they didn’t know their GitLab username as it only searched using usernames.
Once they chose one reviewer and needed to search for an additional one, participants also noted that the search field seemed “stuck” and contained the text from their prior searches, requiring them to clear out the text before they could search again.
Actionable Insight:

Improve the search and filter capability when adding reviewers to a MR to allow for searching by users’ first name and/or last name, not just their GitLab username.

Ensure that subsequent searches remove the text in the search field from the prior search.
