Problem to solve

When an admin is in the process of enforcing consistency across project integration settings, it came be hard to tell if a project should be using their custom settings vs. the default settings. Currently, the "Last edit" column alone isn't very useful in answering this. Ideally an admin would be able to see who last edited a project integration setting. This way, the admin could directly reach-out to that individual to either confirm or notify them of a change.

This is a feature request emerged from the solution validation issue for mass-integration. More details can be found in the Dovetail insight.

Proposal

Add a new called "Edited by". that would show the avatar of the user that last chose to use a custom value instead of the default inherited value. See the design section for mockup.
