Option to not export closed objects

Problem

Project exports can be very large, even to the point of not being able to re-import. While we are looking to optimize export/import and reduce the size by limiting project history, there are cases where the users just want to migrate forward open and active work and leave anything that's closed behind, which would reduce the size of their export.

Solution

Provide an option to not export any closed objects.
