Add possibility to refer to Approvals groups from CODEOWNERS file

We'd like to refer to the groups of people from our CODEOWNERS file. However we're all working in one Gitlab Group, so we want to use existing groups from "Merge Requests approval" settings and not global groups. We have defined our lists there (i.e. "QA", "Core Dev", "UI/UX") and we'd really like to have possibility to refer to these groups from CODEOWNERS file (not to global project-structure groups).

I.e. we want to refer to "DevOps"/"QA"/"Reviewers" groups as defined in our repo settings here:
