When an issue is created from Slack, post updates back to the Slack thread

Presently when an issue is created from within Slack using ChatOps, that is the end of content in Slack. Further Slack updates, as well as further issue updates, are not cross-pollinated or displayed.

We should consider whether we can better continue to share context and updates between the two, so this isn't quite such a point-in-time feature.

For example:

1. If someone starts a thread on the created issue, should those updates be reflected in the issue?
2. Similarly, if comments are posted in the issue, should those be posted back to Slack as part of a thread?
