Option to create branch/merge request for issue automatically

Problem to solve

As a Dev Manager, I want to create a feature branch/merge request per issue while creating an issue without navigating to the issue page and clicking the button.

Intended users

This feature can be used by everyone who is responsible for creating issue and set up feature branches etc.

User experience goal

The ux goal for the single user is saving two steps in the workflow of creating an issue with corresponding feature branch/merge request, i.e. navigating to the issue page and selecting/clicking the button for feature branch/merge request creation.

Proposal

Set up an option in 'Settings' -> 'General' -> 'Default issue template' to enable feature branch creating with a template (preferred) or providing an option for feature branch/merge request creation on the issue creation page. (API integration would be the sh**!)
