System hook project_update - include update type, such as archive

Provide the type of event triggering the project_update, such as archive.

When a project is archived, the project_update system hook is triggered. The type of event that took place is not listed in an attribute.

The type of event availability would allow other processed to use the information and initiate another web hook, CI job, or other to perform other tasks.

For example: When a project is archived, another process can initiate a cleanup of other items or tasks related to that project.
