Improve rendering performance of the Vue file list

The current file list renders as a <table /> which renders fast for smaller lists, when we start to render larger lists the <table /> starts to render slower the more items we have in the list.

Proposal

Refactor the <table /> into <div /> etc.

We also need to think about accessibility when doing this.
