Use rich file icons in find file rows

With !28112 (merged) we will be using our rich file icons for the repository tree rows. To be consistent across the app we should also update https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/find_file/master to use these icons.

Solution

Our rich file icons exist mainly in Vue, so I wonder if in this case it is easier and less hacky to re-write this page to be a Vue app.
