Allow to edit deploy keys

Description

When one want to replace a deploy key (e.g. because it has been compromised or got lost), you have to delete the old key first and add the new one. This can become very complicated when the key is used to access multiple projects; in this case you have to visit every single project and delete + add the key.

Proposal

Add a way to edit the content (the "key" part) of a deploy key. Atm, only the title can be changed; same should be possible for the key itself.
