Summary

The Related Merge Requests section under Issues doesn't show related MRs after import.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project with open and closed issues.
2. Create MRs and mention the issues in the MRs description.
3. The Related Merge Requests section under the Issues exists and links to related MRs.
4. Export the project.
5. Import the project.
6. The Related Merge Requests section under the Issues disappears.

The Related Merge Requests section under the Issues is empty and doesn't link to any MRs.

The Related Merge Requests section under the Issues is populated and links to related MRs.
