"Trigger pipeline on changes" configuration during creation of mirrored project

Problem to solve
When you create a new project, and you pick import > Repo by URL, and pick Mirror Repository, then you're not able to specify that you're running pipelines when the repository changes.
This option is only available when you're mirroring a project after you've created a project.
Intended users
Further details
By being able to set this option upon creation of the project, the user won't have to change the mirror settings to enable the pipelines.
