Webhook - Align user information between job and pipeline events

We have developed an internal tool to get information related to pipelines or jobs execution. Depending of the events, we are missing some information about the user who triggered the pipeline or the job.

On Pipeline event we are getting these information:

On job event, we have these information:

It would be great to align the information, on our side, we would like to have at least email and avatar_url for both events.
