Add checkboxes to the GitHub repo list

Problem

When selecting repositories to import from GitHub, the user can either import All repositories, or each individual one. In cases where the user has many repositories (i.e. tens or hundreds) and needs to import all but a few (i.e. some personal or old), the user has to click on tens or hundreds individual Import buttons. This experience is cumbersome and slow. To make matters worse, the view refreshes with each click.

Proposed solution

Allow the user to multi-select one or many repositories for import (i.e. using checkboxes as illustrated below) and click one [Import all] button which already exists to start the imports.
