Add Source Editor to the storybook

To make things easier, we are going to add the Source Editor to ~~the existing Storybook of gitlab-ui~~ GitLab Storybook. This would allow us to run visual experiments and pocs easier when discussing different aspects of Source Editor and WYSIWYG integration
