Filter merge request changes to only files I need to approve

Problem to Solve

In large merge requests with many required approvals reviewing files is challenging as there are many files that I don't need to review and can not approve.

Proposal

An option should be added to the changes tab that allows the list of visible files to be filtered to only the files that I need to approve based on required approval rules for the merge request.
