Add Field To Specify Project Name in BitBucket Server Import

The API used to import projects from Bitbucket is https://bitbucket_URL/rest/api/1.0/repos?start=0&limit=25

Specifying the project name would solve the need to import all the projects returned from the API call(it seems to only return 25 results and in alphabetical order)

Intended users

Users who'd like to import a specific project from BB rather than then importing all the projects where they had read access

Proposal

Specify the project name so only a particular project is imported and not the projects that the user can read
