Wiki: Improve UX when cancelling a new page creation without a default 'home' page

At the moment, the behavior is really odd:

• one tries to create a new page
• then changes their mind and clicks "Cancel"
• if a default (home) page exists, user is routed to it. If not, user is routed to the home page creation form 🤔

Proposal:

Introduce a new view, which lists the existing pages if no default one is found?
