WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Color requirements state:

1.4.1 Use of Color: Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. (Level A)

The visualization for the distribution of programming languages relies mostly on color. Only when hovering over the respective area does a tooltip come up to show language and percentage. On mobile, the touch target for this can be as small as 8 pixels, which is almost impossible to hit.
