When importing projects with LFS, warn users if LFS is disabled
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
When importing a project with LFS files, currently, the LFS files are not downloaded if the namespace have the LFS feature disabled. This behavior should be notified explicitly to the User to avoid confusion.
This behavior was firstly noticed in Bitbucket Server Importer, but it's probably the same on other importers.
