Clearly highlight threads when jumping to them

Problem

Currently there's no visual distinction when jumping to a specific thread, which makes it harder to identify which thread the user has jumped to.

Solution

A possible solution is to clearly highlight the thread, perhaps with a full background color change for a brief moment, similar to how linked comments are highlighted with a blue color background:
