Add a "Comment & Accept Merge Request" button

Description

I always like to leave a comment when accepting MRs. Currently, I have to first add a comment, then accept the MR. You can comment and close in one step, why not comment and accept?

Proposal

Add a "Comment & Accept Merge Request" button

That would make for a large button, so would be open to shorter versions such as:
"Comment and Accept"
"Comment & Accept"

Similarly, to save real-estate, shorten:
"Comment & close merge request"
to
"Comment & Close"

so, under the textbox, 4 buttons:
[Comment] [Comment & Accept] [Comment & Close]            [Discard draft]
