Manage Git Repository Size
Description
We should aim to provide any tools, or even just information if tools are not available, to help users manage the storage of their projects on GitLab. For a Git Repository, we already expose the built-in Git tools in our Housekeeping options area.
Proposal
Currently for a project administrator, these tools are shown in Project Setting > General near the bottom. We should move this option into the new Storage tab to make it more discoverable, as well as provide additional help.
We should include in this section:
- The Housekeeping button along with description of what it does
- Current Git Repo size and small chart of growth history over last 30 days
- Current Git LFS size and small chart of growth history over last 30 days
- Link to documentation on how to manage repo size further if necessary. (BFG tool, etc.)

Documentation blurb
(Write the start of the documentation of this feature here, include:
- Why should someone use it; what's the underlying problem.
- What is the solution.
- How does someone use this
During implementation, this can then be copied and used as a starter for the documentation.)
