Preview of links to lines

Description
In Issue and Merge Request discussions, it is possible to provide a link to a line of a file, like this:
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/package.json#L2
Or this:
But it is very inconvenient that you have to click the link to get a feeling of what it is about. A preview could be automatically added to such links, showing the line it is pointing to with some context.
This could also be done about other links pointing to lines, like links to blames or diffs.
