Gitlab to github pull requests

People should be able to work with upstream projects which are already in github

• Need for maintaining a central account as a portfolio.
• Working with gitlab without directly login to github
• Should show contributed to links pointing to the upstream github repos

So then we can manage all contributions using one central account.

Proposal

This can be realised by making gitlab as a client for github.com using github API.
