webhooks: include build URL in build events
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
When I get a notification of a completed build, particularly for a failed build, I'll want to see the build output.
Should the build event data include a URL to the build's page on the server (similar to commit.url), or should the client just know how to construct the correct URL given the project and build ID?
