watching specific branches, instead of whole repo

Thanks to MarkDown and Pages, GitLab is becoming useful for document management, ex- or internal to an organisation :-)

In hierarchical ones, different people may be responsible for drafting, reviewing and finalising texts. These people can work on specific branches and need only be actively notified of commits or merge requests to "their" branches.

Hence, please consider adding the possibility to watch/star individual branches.
