Remove fade out transition in Retry Update button

  There is a second where the retry button will have the loading spinner if an upgrade fails:

  

  Once this state occurs, there should be no loading icon. This is minor, so let me know if we need a UX debt issue for this in order to get this MR in before code freeze.
