Some tags is not visible in the revision compare page when tags count > 100
Steps to reproduce
- Create a lot of tags (more than 100)
- Go to compare page
- Not all tags will be shown in the drop-down menus, and Filtering is available only for "visible" tags
What is the expected correct behavior?
All tags should be seen in the drop-down menus. Filtering should be available for all tags, not only for that shown in menu
