Remove repeating spies in merge_request_tabs_spec

We should try to remove the repeating spies and make it DRY while keeping eslint happy. This is a technical debt issue from !8898 (merged). See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/8898#note_22946992 for details
