Don't resize icon of line comment on hover
When you want to add a line comment you have to click on the wordcloud:
When you hover over, it changes color (great!) and increase in size (not great):
The increase in size looks a little silly and is strange in terms of interaction. If you'd scroll down only a few pixels, while staying inside the enlarged icon, you lose focus and focus on the next line instead. This is not what you'd expect.
The fix is very simple: don't resize on hover.
