Setup Git Documentation Article

Description

We don't have an documentation article which tells you how to setup Git. This content is needed for GitLab University courses which will take students from zero Git and GitLab experience to becoming an expert. It will accompany the !6571 (merged) and !6651 (closed) to create a better user onboarding experience.
