Workhorse to serve raw commit diffs

When reading through gitlab_gitand testing some things I noticed workhorse can also serve the commit diffs, the patch and the diff format. (Didn't know about the range 0000000..ToSha trick)

@DouweM I'd like to do this for 8.10, can I do this?
