Replace 'GKE' with 'Google Kubernetes Engine'

We use the GKE acronym in the product and documentation, but not all users are aware that it refer to Google Kubernetes Engine.

Proposal

We should consider to expand the term everywhere is possible. We can use just Kubernetes Engine if the context already makes the Google term unnecessary.
