Change caption of the Retry button in Pipelines view to make it clearer

Description

In the Pipelines details view, if the pipeline failed or has been canceled, we have a Retry button in the top-right corner. This allows to retry failed and canceled jobs, but this is not fully clear and may be misunderstood (create a new pipeline, retry all jobs including passed).

Design

Change the caption of the button in "Retry failed".
