Update track-repositories warning for cluster in docs

Due to Praefect's track-repository/track-repositories ... (#5402 - closed) we added a warning message to the documentation in gitlab!124483 (merged)

With the original bug now resolved, we should update the documentation to reflect that only specific versions will be impacted as per #5402 (comment 1578026041)
