Normalize Model and Service Names

GRPC services should be suffixed with Service

Model objects should not be prefixed or suffixed.

Renames:

Commit --> CommitService
Diff --> DiffService
Notifications --> NotificationService # singular
Ref --> RefService
SmartHTTP --> SmartHTTPService
SSH --> SSHService
