Duo Pro Self-Managed: Display Duo Pro seat count in Licenses page

Problem

GitLab Support needs a way to identify if a customer has purchased Duo Pro seats.
At this moment, Support can identify if a Self Managed subscription has Duo Pro seats by:

  • Checking Zuora (available for a subset of the team)
  • Impersonating a customer account (not ideal)
  • Locating a customer's license and decrypting the license to check for the :code_suggestions_seat_count value (also not ideal)

Proposal

Display the Duo Pro seat count in the Licenses page. The same way we show the User count, Previous user count and True-up count.

How will we measure success?

Not sure. I think a workflow would be created out of this. See related slack conversation.
