Fix the duplicated BE tracking for Duo Pro purchases

Problem

We have a double tracking for add_duo_pro and buy_duo_pro. This means that every time when we fire the BE tracking on First Order purchase we also send add_duo_pro tracking

Proposal

Only fire the tracking once on initial purchase
