Select persona and JTBD for Create stage UJM

For the first iteration of the Create stage User Journey Map (UJM) let's focus just on one user persona and one JTBD.

The purpose of this issue is to discuss and decide on a shared persona and JTBD for the whole Create stage. They need to touch on Code Review, Editor, and Source Code. It's expected that the persona will only use some features to complete their job. The JTBD doesn't have to be validated.

Decision

• Persona: Sasha (Software Developer)
• JTBD: When product improvements are identified [situation], I want to propose changes that address them [job], so that I can help build a better product [outcome].
