Make CI interactions reproducable/repeatable

• Implement ability to query (and store) variables from previously ran pipeline
• Implement abitity to run pipeline using variable values from previous pipeline run
• Implement ability to run scripts in pipeline-like environment (applying all necessary environment variables just as they would be present in pipeline)
